Elite Marketing Bots builds website chat assistants for local businesses and organizations. This policy explains what information we and the assistants we build collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who this covers

People who chat with an assistant we built for one of our clients, and people who contact us or request a demo on this website.

What we collect

• What you type into a chat, and the assistant's replies.
• Details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, and anything you ask the assistant to pass on.
• Basic technical details the chat needs to work: the page you were on, your browser type, and, if the site owner turns it on, the link or ad that brought you there.
• Whether you accepted the chat notice, and when.
• If you request a demo here: your name, business name, website, email, phone (optional), and the questions you tell us your customers ask.

Why we collect it

To answer your questions, to pass your request to the business you were chatting with, to reply to your demo request, to keep the assistants safe from spam and abuse, and to improve the answers they give.

Who sees it

• The business whose website you were on. They decide how to follow up with you.
• Our service providers, who handle the information on our behalf: our chatbot platform (Aminos), the AI model provider it uses, our website host (Cloudflare), and our email provider (Resend).
• No one else. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Automated replies

The assistant is software, not a person. It can be wrong. It does not give medical, legal, financial or counseling advice, and it is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911. For the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988.

How long we keep it

We keep chat logs for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless the business asks us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Demo requests are kept only as long as we are talking with you about a demo or service.

Your choices

You can decline the chat notice and not use the assistant. You can ask us or the business to see, correct or delete what you shared by writing to hello@elitemarketingbots.com.

Children

The assistants are meant for adults. If a parent believes their child shared information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
